Freight Partner processes personal data shared during communication and bidding processes in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. This text is prepared for data transmitted via the website, bidding form, e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp channels.
Personal Data Processed
Name, company name, telephone, e-mail, point of origin, point of delivery, mode of transport, type of load, weight/dimension information, file attachments and operational information shared in the request for quotation can be processed.
Processing Purposes
- Evaluate logistics proposal request
- Route, equipment, transport mode and deadline planning
- Making the necessary preliminary assessment for document, customs, port and field coordination
- Communicating with the requesting party and following the offer process
- Fulfilling storage and proof obligations arising from legislation
Transfer and Storage
Data; Data may be shared with carriers, agents, customs brokers, ports, warehouses, insurance companies, and similar operational stakeholders on a limited basis if necessary for offer and operational planning. Data is stored for the period necessary for the processing purpose.
